“We’ve stayed here multiple times, along with the house also on the property. It has all you necessities without the extra costs. 4 can stay comfortably & it’s a quiet part of a town. Never had any problems with any of his properties either. Would recommend to any friends coming to or through the Toledo area.”

“A great and affordable option for a couple or a small family.The property more than met our needs for a week stay on the island. It allowed us to relax in the evening, cook our own food and was close to all the sights and activities.The beach is an easy 5 minute walk. Any reviews that say otherwise are incorrect. “We had a wonderful little cottage. It was decorated very nice and had lots of room. The kitchen was stocked with everything you need to eat/cook there without going out. The location was on a dead end road with no access to the water but it was very quiet. Not fancy but a good location with a nice big deck and grill. We enjoyed our visit very much! And the puzzles were a big hit!!!”
