“We came to Emporia for Unbound Gravel and found both the home and owner to be fantastic.The location was ideal to all the happenings of Unbound - less than 1 mile to the start/finish/expo. Very easy access for us to get around to the events by our bikes. We couldn't have asked for a better location.The home was clean and well stoked.The owner was great - very responsive to messages and open to conversation. “Our family stayed here a year ago and had a great experience. This is one of the nicest VRBOS that we have stayed at. Cute decor, well stocked kitchen, great outdoor space, and comfy beds. The only con is parking if your group has several vehicles. However parking is available across the street. Jeremy is very accommodating and answers questions promptly. We would definitely book again.”

“We needed a place to stay for a graduation in Manhattan - 6 adults and 2 kids. We were able to make this place work with no issues. Council Grove has a cute downtown with walkway that was a nice evening outing for us. ”

“Fantastic rental! We loved the upstairs view of downtown Council Grove. Unit was beautiful, comfortable, clean, and thoughtfully outfitted. We appreciated ceiling fans in the bedrooms and the AC worked well. Great location too. You can walk to many things in town and the rail trail is only a few blocks away. By car I’d recommend the tall grass prairie preserve. Lindsey was easy to communicate with and very accommodating. A wonderful host! We will certainly be returning! ”

“I loved everything about this property! The location, aesthetics, even the air conditioning was great. I would say depending on your group, it accommodates two people best as the rollout is terribly uncomfortable and the only access to the bathroom is via the bedroom. It is very comfortable and Lindsey was very helpful!! ”
