“There was dirt dust and someone’s chapstick under the pull out bed . The hotel is just older and could use some updates. Everything else was satisfactory. We would stay again it was a quick fun trip with our granddaughter and she had a blast. We have been coming there for years the pool furniture was dirty tables etc just maybe need a good scrubbing. ”

“For Check in after 4pm you just grab your envelope out of a mailbox. No room key just a code. Property right on the water beautiful views. Not modern but clean. Short walk to kings beach along the lake edge. Kitchen had everything you needed and Safeway across the street. ”

“Our family of five had a great stay at this rental… beautiful house, clean and amazing location! Lake Tahoe is just a few feet away from the back deck! The community the house is located in is clean and safe and it’s walking distance from King’s Beach and plenty of restaurants and shops. We had to call the property’s helpline a couple times and they answered promptly and helped us right away. Only complaint would be we wished they had more extra towels, paper towels, etc on hand but that was a...

The battery needs to be replaced (charging it does not work). We shouldn’t have to launder our sheets and towels. I have never had to do this in other VRBO homes.This was particularly difficult after having Thanksgiving dinner and then leaving on a 6 a.m. flight the next day. “My husband and I stayed here for his 60th bday. We enjoyed our two night stay. It a pretty place and the hot springs/tubs were an added benefit. Be careful though and test the temperature of the water before rushing in, as one of the pools was scalding hot. All the staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable. We would stay here again. ”
