“Surprisingly nice house, inside is well done and very well appointed. Outside is still being worked on, so it may be off-putting, but the inside is great. The pictures of the inside and outside are honest. Kitchen had everything I needed, the bed was comfortable, and the upstairs is adorable, especially if you have kids with you.”

“The RV was 100% comfortable and Richard was there to help if anything needed attention. He also gave me some great local insight into a praticular area I wanted to explore.”

“This property was exactly as described - very charming property. Entire house was super clean and well equipped. Lots of kitchen gadgets available. Everything was in great working order and the whole house seemed fresh. AC worked during the hot days. House was easy to find and conveniently located just off a major street to take us to many restaurants and the highways. If we are in the Caldwell area, we would definitely stay here again!”

When we walked in there was a very strong chemical smell. We notified the owner who wanted to make it right and have someone come clean it again. “This was a cozy house, had a nice kitchen, and had a BEAUTIFUL yard. I’d rent it just for the yard. The beds were comfortable. We were in Payette for a wedding, and many of our friends stayed in hotels. Many of them complained about the run down nature of the local accommodations, but we hit the jackpot with this house. I’d recommend it :) ”

“I booked this house for a long weekend for myself and 2 of my adult children; one of them had a birthday on Friday. We arrived early enough on Thursday and the ever-changing weather cooperated; we got to observe the lunar eclipse.We were Very impressed with the location, the privacy, the Quiet and the amenities. “This was perfect for our needs. We attended the state track meet in Middleton. This place was close to the track and close to our favorite restaurants. It is very close to the highway, but could barely hear it. If it is open next year we will dtay here again!”
