“We were in Missouri for my son Basic Training Army graduation. We were welcomed with kindness! Everyone was very kind and so nice. The rooms were clean and even walking in to the elevator it smells so good!! ”

“Fox Ridge was beautiful! The host welcomes you with fresh baked bread that was absolutely delicious and exactly what I needed after a long drive! There was an issue with the water heater and the host Shawn communicated back with me and fixed the issue very promptly. Will definitely be back! ”

“Loved the cabin it had everything we needed and more. Not a big fan of old movies. Great kitchen and the hot tub was very nice.”

“I really enjoyed my stay here, it was peaceful and quiet. The bed was super comfortable, I slept well. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking, the goldfish pond is awesome, I also enjoyed using the hot tub. The river is close and there is a grocery store about four miles away in Steelville. I didn't go anywhere, was pleasant enough to just relax at the cabin.”

“Most relaxing vacation! The bed was comfy, the living room cozy, the kitchenette well supplied, and the hot tub amazing! We loved our time there and hated to leave. We hope to reserve it again.”

“Randy and his family take very good care of this property. It has everything anyone would want to escape the busyness of life. We enjoyed fishing on the lake, swimming in the heated pool, sliding down the water slide, and staring at the stars from the hot tub. We barbecued outdoors, watched football on the big screen, and had a competitive game of bags. Everyone had a great time. ”

“Cozy house. Open living room and kitchen. Very welcoming. No issues getting access and internet access. 1st bedroom TV was pretty slow to get the TV going. Had everything we needed and enjoyed eating at Hobbes. Great burgers. ”

“Place was clean and tidy. Bed was comfortable, area was peaceful and inviting, morning coffee on the porch was great. ”

“We had a wonderful time celebrating our 3rd year wedding anniversary. Peaceful and a hot tub. All we wanted. Plenty to do around us, but we were more for getting away from everything. So we loved it. We got to bring our little dog! She had a blast!! Definitely would return again!! ”

“Once again another wonderful stay at this property. We love to sit in the rockers on the porch and enjoy the peaceful view. The house is clean, and has absolutely everything you need from kitchen items, towels, extra bedding, and even a first aid kit. It is exactly as described.We spent a day on the beautiful river access at the bottom of the hill. you will need to drive there, but it only take 2 minutes. “Cabin was cozy but laid out in very functional manner. Sheltered patio was great to eat meals on and hangout. Very close to the river. Water was only about 1’ deep with 2-3’ pockets, perfect for kids to play and explore. Saw a bald eagle nearby . ”

“The whole place was beautiful. Outside the metal building might make someone wonder, but once inside it's lovely. Every item has been carefully chosen for beauty and comfort. We would stay here again.”

“This cabin is beautiful! We wanted to do a float trip but didnt want to stay in tents or the typical small cabins that make up the majority of this area. This cabin made our float trip feel very luxorious! Bird's Nest Lodge came and picked us up and dropped us off directly from the driveway, and their 6 mile float was perfect! This place has a wonderful secluded feel, but is only a 5 minute drive to the grocery store. The cabin itself is beautiful inside and out. Had plenty of beds and space for...
