“This was a great location for a large group with a lot of entertainment options around the house -beach access, large game room with pickle ball, ping pong and another garage with air hockey. We loved that it was spacious enough with multiple gathering places and spread out enough where the noise wasn't centralized in one area. Part of our group did a fishing expedition and caught 30 fish near the dam! There are also other options for outdoor excursions, but the kids were content with swimming...

“Gosh, what an INCREDIBLE property! Spacious, clean, able to actually hold 19 women comfortably, well air conditioned, etc. We actually became cold because the AC worked so well and everyone had a bed, though some enjoyed the big couch for fun because it was so cozy. We watched movies, we all sat around the table for dinner (used other chairs and had 17 people at that time!) Jeff was very communicative though we didn’t need him (YAY). Cleanup was reasonable and we all want to go back again!! Pick...

“We chose this property over a hotel room to attend a concert at Choctaw. So glad we did! We cooked a nice dinner and enjoyed on the outdoor patio before the show. We were able to get an Uber to and from the concert, which was our biggest concern being a smaller town. It's definitely out of the town a bit and on acreage, but super peaceful and worth the drive. ”

"Fire alarm set off 6.15 AM and there should be a "No danger" alarm, so that one know to go back to sleep. No gluten free bread - We had put down in our reservation, so there should at least be an answer on that part - That customers need to bring ones own bread - OR you could keep bread in the freezer."
