“A nice campground in Sturgis, near the attractions in the area (Mt Rushmore, Deadwood etc). Stayed in a tent and it was well kept, basic but enough for sleeping a night. The bathroom and shower area could have been cleaner and better kept, but worked fine. It’s right next to the highway, so expect hearing the traffic noise all night. ”

“Property is exactly like the pictures. We did have a thought time trying to adjust the basement shower head, but there were no glaring maintenance issues that were a deal breaker. Rental properties will always have a few hiccups here and there. The kids really enjoyed the pool table and hot tub. Basketball court was cool, but we ran out of time to use it. There was a decent amount of coffee stocked for us and check out process was simple and easy. The host was not demanding and communicated well...

“Good, clean and well located hotel five minutes drive from Main street, Rapid city. Spacious room with pentry. Satisfactory breakfast was included. Friendly staff. Also the pool and tube were in good condition as the whole hotel. Highly recommended.”

“The room was very clean and had a beautiful deck with table and chairs. I loved the fact that it was like camping with the nature of it all without the fuss. The only reason I gave it a 4 was because of the noise of the shower next door. We got a cabin that was attached to another and when they took a shower the next morning it was really loud. ”

“Property owners were easy to reach and get feedback quickly. It was easy to find and close to everything in Spearfish. The restaurants were good and Spearfish Canyon is close. The drive is beautiful!! ”

Responses were quick and friendly, the space was so calming and quiet, and it truly felt like a sanctuary after long days of exploring. We can’t wait to come back and cannot recommend this more!”

“This is one of the best VRBO experiences I have ever had. Not only did the space exceed expectations, but the host is amazing. She was kind, helpful, responsive, and made us feel completely at home. The location is central to all black hills activities while still feeling private and secluded. I would not hesitate to stay again (and am actively planning to). Also check out the Sugar Shack restaurant for awesome breakfast and the biggest pancakes I’ve ever seen!! ”

"Receptionisten talade med kraftig indisk brytning, och var mycket svår att förstå. Rummet stort och fint. Toastolen mycket smutsig längst ner, äcklig faktiskt! Smutsig heltäckningsmatta, en sköna sängar och rena lakan. Järnvägen precis utanför, men vi stördes inte av tåg, kanske hade vi tur. Skrivbord fanns, men närmaste elkontakt var flera meter bort, bakom en byrå. Hur tänkte man här? Frukosten var helt ok med våfflor, youghurt, flera sorters bröd, äpplen. "
