“We really enjoyed the location.The three on cleanliness was due to the bathroom and coffee was left in the coffee pot which had turned to sludge. Outdoor cooking areas also left full of ash and dirty pan in one.We would go back as hoping the cleaning slips were just oversights.”

“If you are looking for a very real, wild west experience in the heart of the beautiful Texas hill country, this is it! This property is remote, and beautifully framed by the rugged bluffs of the Llano River making it wonderfully quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed the Texas scenery in the comfort of modern amenities and accommodations, not the least of which was the wildly popular pool and slide.It easily accommodated our family gathering of 19 ranging in age from 3 to 72. We had a great time! ”

“The best stocked VRBO we have rented, they had thought of everything and had plenty of it! The owner was fast to respond and super courteous, even when we asked to add a last minute pet. We ended up not bringing our dog but owner had told us she was welcome..they love pets!Super clean and comfy, we recommend them highly!”

“Location was great, right on the town square. Didn’t take any pictures of the place. We were only in town for one night. Very clean. Memory foam beds. An odd smell upon entering the room, likely the type of room spray used to keep things fresh. After about a minute the nose acclimated and it was no issue. “Place was super cute and very classy. Check in check out easy. Locking door at bottom was a little challenging at first but figures it out quickly. Other then that all was great. Loved the record player and selection of music. ”
