“One bedroom suite, complete with washer/dryer. Very quiet. Not a real hotel. More a rental that lots of amenities. But perfect for my needs.”

“This property is a true gem! My husband and I stayed while we were at the Mayo Clinic for a few days. We found the property to be very clean and well thought out. The beds were very comfortable. The towels and linens were nice and everything we needed for our stay was provided. We were both very impressed with the little details the host had provided. The property is as advertised. We will definitely chose this property again when in Rochester!”

“We came up for the weekend for our fanily reunion . The house is old & smells like an old house, which isn't a bad thing. The house was clean & tidy. We couldn't find the hot tub,but it was all good. We didn't spend much time at the house, except for sleeping & watching tv in the evening. Thank you for a pleasant stay.”

“This charming cottage was perfect for a few days of Mayo appointments. My favorite part was the garden and outdoor space. Hosts thought of everything we could have needed plus a few extras. ”

“My family and I came to Rochester for my son’s first round of follow-up appointments and scans after having surgery for his cancer. We were able to easily walk to all of his appointments at the Mayo Clinic buildings. Your home provided a home away from home for us during this anxious time. We were able to relax and were very comfortable. The bedrooms were all nicely decorated and beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was updated and very nice. “Excellent ”

“It would have been nice to get a heads up about mowing the lawn and having all the grass swept off of the sidewalk so we weren't walking through it and put it into the car or the house. TV remote was not in there The remote that was there did not go to that TV so we could not hook up our computer. The extras were nice. Surprisingly the two air conditioners kept the house cooled off. Not a bad place to stay would consider staying again.”

“The house has been recently renovated, so it is very up-to-date. Bedding was excellent. It is a very cozy house - perfect for recuperation! Would only point out the misspelling of the word Quiet in the listing - should be corrected. ”

“Better than the listing. Super clean. Great location for going fishing. Could use a decent bread knife. Few by of the windows open. Mattress topper on king upstairs is way too soft. Nicely decorated. 5 out of 5 with some minor adjustments. ”

“Feels like home. After spending busy days at Mayo Clinic, this was a calm, quiet, relaxing retreat to recharge for the next day.Sitting by the lake and feeding the ducks and geese just calms a person.And the fresh roses and lily were icing on the cale”

“The apartment was just fine. My only concern was the smell in the apartment. The smell was strong enough that we were glad we didn’t have to spend too much time there. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay.Also, some soap for the shower would have been really nice.”
