"Great value hotel! We stayed four nights, and it's not always room pictures online show the real deal - this room did! We (three friends) had three separate beds and 3x2 towels. Great windows in both bathroom and bedroom that could open fully and tilt inwards at the top for ventilation. The room had an A/C we didn't try due to 13C weather, room temp was perfect anyways. The cleaning staff replaced our towels every day, they changed the bed clothes on one bed that happened to get a small stain without us even asking for replacement. We tried FabFusions dinner one evening when it was raining, but that dinner would only recieve 3/5 stars if valued by itself. But we also had drinks at Fab several nights and those were amazing, so maybe the kitchen just failed some during our dinner? Doesn't really matter as all other things this hotel provided was great. Breakfast was absolutely awesome for the living price! Staff filled everything up all the time, lots of bread options, juice, coffee, bacon, eggs and even some sparkling wine on the weekend mornings! We didn't have very high expectations due to the price, but this place will be our number one recommendation for friends or family going to Krakow."

"I booked a Superior—1 bedroom—balcony (Air Conditioning) by chance since this room lacked pictures. But it was all good and according to my expectations. The breakfast bag provided arrived between 8 and 9 a.m., a little late for me since it was a business trip. Otherwise, it was all good. I would stay here again. "
