“We are a family of 4, our children are 13 and 5. We loved that everyone had their own room. Our 5 year old still takes baths and there wasn’t a stopper for the tub so he couldn’t take a bath- the shower head wasn’t very high pressure but it was fine. The place was very well kept and close to everywhere we wanted to visit while in Buffalo. The house is definitely old but very clean and warm. One thing we all would have wanted was better mattresses. They all caved into the middle and weren’t easy...

“We came for a weekend in Buffalo, 9 adults. Used both halves and it worked perfectly. Spacious common areas and useful kitchen on the 2nd floor. Short ride share to great restaurants nearby and not much longer to downtown. Would definitely stay again. ”
