“It was good, just the AC was hot, and it might be small for a whole apartment, but we slept in the living room close to the AC, and that improved everything. Other than that, it was amazing!”

“The plates were not clean, we had to was them with cleaning before we could use them. The personal was a bit rude, the only one who was nice was the frontdesk manager. The beds were bad, every time you moved in the bed they sound very loud!”

“The house was absolutely amazing. All ten of us had plenty of space. The view was stunning. The only thing I can say that was misleading was the references to proximity to locations in Kailua- Kona in the listing. It turns out we much preferred it’s true location up the hill away from the bustle of town. It was so beautiful. I am glad it was not a short walk to Taco Bell as stated in the listing.”

“Property is amazing. Great location and amazing neighborhood. While convenient to everything, it is outside of the crazy business of the kona tourist area. Lots of snacks upon arrival with well equipped kitchen. Great beds to sleep on and a television in all rooms. Very easy to communicate with the owner as well. “Beautiful home and beautiful views! The "backyard" was full of yellow tangs, the resident turtle, and spinner Dolphins almost every morning. Snorkeling out back was challenging with a hurricane in the Pacific (waves were very kicked up, the surfers loved it), but we did get out the last few days and it was amazing. “We loved staying in this condo. It was very clean and the neighbors were quiet and freindly. We liked having a close parking spot and plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen had everything we needed. The wonderful breeze that kept the place cool”

“We had a wonderful time with our family at this house celebrating our parents’ 50th wedding anniversary. The house was exactly what you see in the photos. It was clean, newly updated and very comfortable for our family of 10. The kitchen was stocked with all the essentials and having 4 bedrooms with king beds was a plus. The extra bunk room was perfect for the kids. We also loved that the house was conveniently located close to grocery stores and farmers markets. We loved swimming in the pool...
