“The River House is a beautiful property. It is a gorgeous log home with the Susquehanna River as the backyard. The home was very clean and comfortable. The entire property is calm and relaxing. My husband was able to fish right on the river bank which was one of the main reasons for this trip. We also enjoyed the hot tub. We would definitely return for a stay in the fall. Thank you!”

“This place is great! Easy check in and check out process. Fish rising to bugs right in the yard. I literally pulled in and within a couple of minutes I was hooked up on a fish. And while nothing is very close out that way, the house is close enough to some good eating and more importantly great fishing. It was the perfect setup for a small group of anglers that spend a few days fishing the central pa region.”

“The views we had during our stay at this wonderful cabin were nothing short of MAGNIFICANT! We were blessed with not 1, but 2 snow storms of 8 inches or more each. The snow, sticking on the trees, as we walked through the hiking trails in the woods is something you would see on a winter postcard. Can only be explained as MAGICAL! We wanted to have a secluded vacation with our doggies, and we got way more than we ever expected. Thank you for sharing this piece of paradise with us.”

“Our family had a wonderful at this beautiful log cabin. Very cozy and quiet. We had three children with us and they enjoyed the large front yard and playhouse. The real hit for them was the hot tub! “The communication from Chris was very thorough. Before we arrived, we were given very detailed instructions on how to navigate the property along with his contact information. The place was exactly as beautiful as it was described in the listing. Fire tower is surrounded by nature and we felt isolated but also, it’s just a short drive to get into downtown Bloomsburg. Waking up to the sunrise was our favorite part. We will definitely be back to stay at Fire Tower in the future!!”

“The perfect place for some well needed R&R. Enjoyed the hot tub and especially having Penns Creek right there. Unfortunately we came right after several days of heavy rain and didn’t get much fishing in (water was too rough). We did take a few short drives to the lakes in the area. My dog loved it and first time we saw her enjoy the water we will definitely come visit again in summer or fall. The mountains are beautiful in the fall.
