“I loved every minute I spent at this cabin. It's quiet and quite private, a touch of the farm, but well lit and safe. Loved sitting on the patio, grilling, and watching the birds over the pond. Comfortable bed, great comfy chair by the window, fine little kitchen, and bathroom with many nice touches. ”

“This is a charming old historic house with plenty of room for a group. The location is close to many businesses and easy to find. The only fault we could find was that the street outside is very busy and very loud until the wee hours of the morning. The street noise, however, is not the owner’s fault, and some of us just used noise cancelling earbuds at night- problem solved! ”

“We had a pleasant stay here during our week in Red Cloud. The interior is fresh and modern. There was so much to appreciate:- comfortable beds and plenty of shelving/tables to store our things in addition to the closet space- updated bathroom with an excellent shower- supersize televisions in the bedrooms and living room (really appreciated the Smart TV, allowing us to log in to our service provider)- the living room furniture was immensely comfortable; loved the recliners while watching tv!-...

Red Cloud still has some cobblestone streets and many of the downtown properties are being renovated. Grain trucks can be a little loud during harvest, but I slept well. Got up early to catch the sunrise on the Willa Cather Prairie. ”
