“The middle of the Montague Trail is only a mile or 2 away, we were able to find it and explore. Also the Genevieve Casey Nature Sanctuary is close and offers great hiking with a variety forest types and long difficult trails! This is our 2nd stay at the property and everything was great as it was before. The fall colors were out and it's a beautiful area to take them in.”

“This was one second year at this adorable cottage. We loved it once again! The stairs to the lake were improved from last year. (Still no lake access, but we could get closer to watch the waves and sunset.) We are comfortable with the simplicity of handwashing dishes, and enjoyed unplugging from a hectic schedule with no wifi and basically no phone connection. All in all, a great place for a wonderful vacation!”

“Amazing stay overall. Mike was a great host and helped us with sheets and towels since we came from out of state. The deck was amazingly close to the water.The cabin was charmingly rustic, as were the mattresses :)”

“Beautiful, clean, well maintained and loved home. Nice cozy in and out, close to everything yet feels private. It's a large 4 BR home but only has 1 shower. My family had to take shifts 😂 but I wouldn't want to share with another couple. If you have a large family GO GO GO its very special ”

“We had a wonderful time here. We were pleased with all the trundle beds. They were perfect for our small children. It was conveniently located to the dunes. Thank you to our hostess for the clean house.”

“The house house much bigger than anticipated and had great views of nature. Located in a quiet area where we were able to kick back for a day and just enjoy. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again!”

“This home has so many amenities and is very clean and well taken care of. There was items like aluminum foil and spices as well as coffee to help our stay be even better. Plus the owners are readily available if you have any issues. There was firewood on the property and the hot tub was hot and clean. The beds and furniture are very comfortable and the peaceful surroundings are so relaxing. Will be coming back for sure ”

“Tons of outdoor area, a comfy living room and 2 bedrooms with a jack and jill bathroom. Kitchen stocked with enough to make meals if thats your thing. Clean throughout, comfortable beds, great sunset views over the water.”

“We stayed here the weekend of a large event at the fairgrounds. Plenty of room for Trailers. We had two trucks with two car trailers! Was nice to have a quiet place to come back to after a few busy days!”

“The cottage was clean and very well organized, with everything we needed for our stay. The location was perfect! The beautiful sandy beach was right down the stairs! We enjoyed long walks on the beach and watching the sunset from the beach on warm days, or from the living room on cooler days! ”

“We stayed at the cabin while we worked in Baldwin. Everything was as stated in the listing!”

“Ludington was even more fun than we anticipated. They have so many great bars and restaraunts with a very reliable cab system. The location was perfect between beach access and downtown. It was cold while we were there but it was still close enough to walk wherever you would want to go. Property manager was very attentive and pleasant.”
