“We absolutely loved our stay at the Fairview House in Caldwell! The location is fantastic—overlooking the golf course with an unexpectedly beautiful view. We especially enjoyed having coffee on the patio in the mornings. The house itself is very clean, beautifully decorated, and the beds are so comfortable. It feels private, quiet, and relaxing, yet it’s close to everything in town. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!”

“Great property! The only things we had issues with are that there were leftovers in the refrigerator from someone else, and the yurt had roly poly bugs invade the bathroom during the night. We know it is a yurt! Overall great stay!”

“What a sweet jumping off spot for hiking the Oregon trail, visiting the Hagerman Fish hatchery, enjoying Niagara Springs and more. We loved our stay here. Evenings on the dock... Birds galore. We hope to return.”

It was in a safe and quiet neighborhood; was extremely clean and well stocked; was close to a park and walking paths; was close to grocery stores and the airport. Our stay was extra special because the location allowed us to attend our nephew's first birthday. ”

“This Linder Property was perfect for our Family Reunion. Randy, the owner, had great communication prior and during our stay. The house had enough beds and and even had extra mattresses. There were many spaces for people to gather! The outdoor area had everything you would need to BBQ, have a pizza party, play games or just hang out! The house is fully loaded and check-in/out was a breeze. ”

“The property was very clean, the pictures were accurate and the property was as advertised. It is relatively new, the hot tub was clean and in good working condition, the backyard is a nice amenity if you have a pet. The neighborhood is very nice and good for walking whether you just enjoy getting some exercise or you have a dog. For those who like shopping, there are a lot of big box, stores, restaurants, and fast food, franchises in proximity too.”

“The property was perfect for our needs and easily accessed. It was super clean and the property owners were excellent communicators and attentive to our needs. We give it 5 stars and highly recommend it to fellow travelers.Only suggestion. Bathroom tub/shower needs a handicap bar to assist seniors like us getting in and out of the tub.”
