“The property was a dump with holes in the walls, stains on the floor and bedding, mildew in the grout of the bathtub, hook falling off the bathroom wall, shabby bed linens. Even worse linens in the closet. I could go on. Not only did the property manager ghost me for a while, but VRBO did not support me in the quest for alternative accommodations. Ended up in a hotel. ”

The kitchen is well supplied with the basics of S&P, sugar, sweetener, a little coffee, etc. There's even dish soap and laundry soap too! Our hosts are very attentive although they have left little to need. This has been a very clean and comfortable place for us to make a nice home away from home. We are long time Tulsans back visiting and will definitely make this our first choice...

This was reported to the staff upon checkout so it’s probably been taken care of now. The Eatery Pub had great food. It averaged 105 the 5 days we were there so the fishing was BAAAD! even with a pair of experienced guides with electronics. We are definitely coming back when it’s cooler!”

“Ok, this home is a great home and the neighborhood is fantastic! We had a problem with check-in due to miscommunication on host/booking end. Host/owner answered call immediately and resolved the issue within 45 minutes or so. Home was as described and had no issues until the next morning. The shower handle did. It work and we couldn’t take a shower. We only stayed 1 night so we just headed back home. After discussing issue with owner, they made it right and we are satisfied. Overall, I’d say...
