“We absolutely loved our stay at the Fairview House in Caldwell! The location is fantastic—overlooking the golf course with an unexpectedly beautiful view. We especially enjoyed having coffee on the patio in the mornings. The house itself is very clean, beautifully decorated, and the beds are so comfortable. It feels private, quiet, and relaxing, yet it’s close to everything in town. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!”

“The property was very clean, the pictures were accurate and the property was as advertised. It is relatively new, the hot tub was clean and in good working condition, the backyard is a nice amenity if you have a pet. The neighborhood is very nice and good for walking whether you just enjoy getting some exercise or you have a dog. For those who like shopping, there are a lot of big box, stores, restaurants, and fast food, franchises in proximity too.”

“The property was perfect for our needs and easily accessed. It was super clean and the property owners were excellent communicators and attentive to our needs. We give it 5 stars and highly recommend it to fellow travelers.Only suggestion. Bathroom tub/shower needs a handicap bar to assist seniors like us getting in and out of the tub.”

“It was a small basement apartment not comfortable to hang out in but was very clean, the bed was comfortable and it was well stocked. A perfect place to sleep. The owner stocked a basket with snack goodies that was very much appreciated. Will definately stay there again.”
