“This was the perfect house. Yeah the one tv had us kinda fighting over lol but Peoria definitely had us and the kids busy. They absolutely loved the surprise addition of the park which was actually not listed in the photos, so that was great. ”

“The house was exactly what we needed as we visited Peoria this weekend for family events. Every event location we needed to be at was less than 15 minutes from the house. Comfortable beds, living room, and sitting area in the kitchen gave us privacy when needed.”

“Nice house. Living room furniture is not comfortable if you spend any amount time in there. Definitely can't plan to have someone sleep on sofa - visual appeal only. Location was great/close to Sb fields for week long tournament. Front door lock needs to be fixed as very difficult to lock door, but overall a decent place.”

“We enjoyed our stay in Peoria for a nearby family reunion. I recommend going inside the beautiful Saint Mary’s cathedral. Looks like something you would see in Europe. ”

“Place was nicely kept and clean. There was only 1 bedroom the other was a small office. Good quiet location. Pet friendly stay. ”

“The property was great for what we needed. Close to plenty of restaurants & nice neighborhood. The only issue we had was there was only one TV in the house ...it wouldbe nice to have one upstairs or other bedroom so we could watch seperate Tv's. The trash next to the house piled up was quite unsightly when pulling up bur that could be a trash company issue. Over all we had a grest stay...nice comfy beds!bedrooms ...so everyone could”

It was actually an upstairs apartment with outside access & steep stairs to take your luggage up. I was hoping the host would be flexible with my check-in and check-out since I was looking for accommodations to sleep during day and leave for hospital in early eve. each day, He was not. It would be an extra $20 for every hour if I wanted to stay later or check in earlier. I was...
