“This property checks all the boxes--tons of space, beautiful grounds, amazing views, extremely clean and all the amenities you need and then some to have a relaxing stay with friends and family. We especially loved the location that was close to Wegman's, the Lake House, downtown Canandaigua and other paces along Lakeshore. The location is also great for brewery and wine tours in the other Finger Lakes. We would definitely stay here again. ”

“My husband, son, and o stayed here for the third time this week. As always, it was clean and comfortable. We spent most of our time outside near the water or inside playing with the games provided. We will be back again!”

“We mainly used the house as a sleeping spot. We had a remembrance for my late wife in the area and had to set that up at a park south of Rochester. We have a lot of family in the area and had to visit with them, so we didn't really hang out in the house much during the day. The keurig was a nice accessory. We could have used more towels. There were 4 of us and only 3 towels.Having access to a washer/dryer was nice.”

“This home was very lovely with plenty of room for everyone. We were greeted with fresh baked cookies and a snack basket. The house was pet friendly with a fenced in back yard. Private beach access across the street to enjoy the sunsets. The host was very friendly and responsive. Would definitely recommend. If you are ever in Rochester with a group, check this place out. ”

“We recently stayed at the Cozy House and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The living conditions were quite comfortable, with cozy furniture and well-maintained interiors that made us feel right at home. The bedrooms were spacious, and the beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep.However, there were a couple of issues. "Vi är inte nöjda med städningen. Det kändes inte rent, en dag hade städpersonalen missat att bädda med överkast (det låg på en stol) och lakan var felbäddade i båda sängarna. Mögel på AC:n. Slitet och väldigt hårda sängar. Trevlig frukost, bra tvättmöjligheter. "
