“This place is remote enough to get away from people but close enough to Richfield to have amenities. We loved this place. The stars lit up the sky at night! The constellations were amazing. The cabin has ample beds. And the pond is a major plus for groups and kids. The concrete pad is awesome too for socializing and eating. Warm days and cool nights. Great place.”

“There were plenty of beds and bathrooms with large dinning tables. Family used the game room and theater constantly. We got snowed on so were inside most of the time but there was plenty of room and things to do inside so it was really nice for that. Our family said it was the best place we have stayed.Lisa was very good to work with during the whole process and responded in a timely manner to any questions we had.”

“We really enjoyed our stay and we’re happy with the views in the surrounding area. There were several amazing hikes nearby without even having to go into Capitol Reef. The house had all of the basics and was a comfy place to stay.”

“Excellent house. Brand new. Lots of parking available if you have a trailer. Only complaint is the TV is quite high. Would recommend lowering and adding a sound bar. Would definitely return. ”

“This small tiny house is bigger than expected! My family of 4 and our dog stayed and there. We had plenty of room! We didn’t feel cramped or crunched into the home, we all had our space! The manager and also owner of the property are phenomenal! They were so attentive to our needs and made sure everything was just perfect. It’s so hard to find good customer service now days, that is not the case here they go above and beyond. If you need a small quiet home for your stay, this is your place! ”

“Lovely home close to Capitol Reef. Unique features include a pickleball and basketball court on the property while overlooking beautiful farmland. Vert clean home with very comfortable beds! Excellent communication with the property manager.”

“Very spacious and I love that it has a ramp. We have a son with a wheelchair so we will be back.”

“Loved the zip line and tree house for my eight year old. The two separate bunkhouses were fun, and there was a lot of space. I loved that it was off the road, tucked back. It felt very private and just like the hideaway we were wanting.”

“It was fun to stay in an area where it was quiet and relaxing. Being gone all day, sitting back and enjoying the view was the right fit!”

“Our family enjoyed the little cabin we rented in that it was spacious and had a deck that faced the beautiful Sevier river. We did not like that the bathroom was public and in a central location. We also did not like that the public showers charged a fee to use, 25 cents for 45 seconds of water usage.”
