“The property was exactly as described very romantic perfect for me and my wife. We loved the fire outside and the kids really enjoyed the the river within walking distance. ”

“So the house is beautifully furnished, the decor is very nice. My family said it's a nice 70s style house with a touch of modern, and the appliances work very well. There are no laundry appliances. River access in the back yard, is good, over grown with lily pads. But still very nice and great vacation spot.”

“My wife and I (and our two dogs) truly loved our stay here. The house was very comfortable and had everything that we needed. My dogs absolutely loved running around the yard while we sat on the front porch listening to the hummingbirds buzz around. We also both agreed that the pictures don't do the location justice, it is a beautiful property in a beautiful part of Texas. We hope to make it back here again in the future. ”

“Great place for our getaway will stay again soon. Just bring bed sheets. pillows and blankets and towels kitchens are full equipped for cooking. Place was big and roomy and cozy Had a fireplace but didn’t use it. The area is under a burn ban at the moment so we wasn’t able to use firepit at nights walking distance to water hole to soak your feet for the time being Leakey about a 10min drive or so. “Nice quiet getaway in Leakey. Nicely located to the Frío river and other activities. The view is great. Beds are comfortable. The kitchen is stocked. There is a swim hole near by. Our family had a nice time. We tubed down the frío, went to Joe Jimmy's dancing and went into town for some items and coffee at Josh's. ”
