“The threat of flash floods colored our stay. Waiting for river to subside before we could get home to roads that required 4wd didnt add to the experience.
The house had lots of nice points, like quiet, quaint decor, and comfortable. But it has a touch of unfinished project,the front door required kicking to open( really wet caused swelling). Water coming in bedroom causing large puddles because of door gap.
The host was very helpful and happily answered our requests.”

“Very clean & cozy studio, with kitchenette.Only issue we had was the hot tub was mis represented to us. The hot tub is presented as you can use it if the guests in the main house are not using it, you may then use the hot tub. After going out & purchasing suits for my husband & I. We were then notified 2 days later that we could not use it due to guests in main house only wanting to use hot tub exclusively.I believe the host should of followed her representation as what was advertised on VRBO.”

“The only issue was a clogged sink in bathroom which we reported and was never taken care of until our third day. We reported it on our second day at breakfast to our waitress and she said she would take care of it. Unfortunately if she did anything we didn’t see a difference until another delightful lady came back to our room and undid the sink stopper and used a coat hangar to remove gross black crud. It was a nasty dirty job but she happily did it with a smile. My kind of worker. She was well...

“The caboose was lovely, cozy and comfortable. There is a street light on the adjacent corner to the caboose which reflects light into the downstairs bedroom. It’s very bright in the bedroom at night which did affect sleep. A blackout shade perhaps? Otherwise we loved our stay!”
