“We had a graduation family reunion and the property and house were absolutely beautiful. It was perfect for what we were looking for. Everything for every family member and we had plenty of space. We were not right on top of one another. Owner came out to fill the feeders to help maybe see some elk. Wonderful time nd everyone enjoyed themselves. ”

“This ranch is located in the middle of nowhere outside of Waco. They don’t offer any food or beverages so you have to make sure to bring it yourself or drive 20-30 minutes to nearest restaurant. The ranch itself was very pretty with all the animals and scenery. However, the room smelled like mold, there was a mushroom growing in the shower and a hole in the shower roof which looked like it will cave at any moment. ”

“Great Property! The living space was huge and easily accommodated our party of 7. Property manager was super responsive, check in was easy and limited check out steps needed. They went above and beyond with the little things which to me made all the difference like having a little coffee station with all the coffee, creamer, sugar; laundry had detergent and dryer sheets; kitchen had basic spice and oil staples, etc. We will definitely try to stay here for future visits if the property is...

“This stay was amazing it was so spacious big kitchen & living room dining room just beautiful is an understatement we did more awing the house than anything. But my guest really enjoyed their stay and we had an amazing time. I am so glad I chose to stay at this property. I have no complaints all praises to the owner Ty again!!”

“We loved this house! It felt just like home and was exactly what we needed with our 2yr old and 4yr old with us. The microwave wasn't working when we arrived, but we let the host know and she immediately ordered another one for us to use that arrived that same day. I was super impressed. ”

“The perfect place to stay while in town to drop our oldest son at college! Clean, comfortable, many fun activities for the younger kids. No one wanted to leave. Thank you for making our last weekend with our son so memorable. ”

“Excellent location and house only problem was the trash was not picked up prior to us being there so we had 3 trash cans full of trash. We could not throw away ours. But the place itself was excellent would definitely recommend.”

"The room was spacious, comfortable and clean on arrival. However, it was not cleaned every day, but this was not a problem and adds to the sustainability of the stay. But i would ahve appreciated if the teaand coffe that was avaiablein the room on arrival would have been replenished as is I ran out during the first day of my stay. "
