“Adorable craftsman apartment with a great layout. We loved how the bedrooms are on opposite sides of the unit — it worked perfectly for our group, especially with a 22-month-old and a few snorers. The AC worked without any issues, which we were especially thankful for with 102-degree weather.There’s a Keurig coffee maker available, but we opted to buy a pour-over from the nearby Co-op (about a 15-minute walk). “First this place is convenient for being right downtown Sac. There is adequate parking. The bbq was not user friendly. The neighborhood is quiet at night. However, my sister did have to go spend about 150 on cleaning supplies as the floors and countertops (which are wrapped in a plastic wrap with a design) were dirty. The floor in one shower the paint was peeling back. There is no washer as stated..it is a coin op down the street which had no working washing machines and no soap to wash if...

“The house is very charming. It is as it appears on the website. The wood and vintage touches were very artful and enjoyable. The main house was easy and comfortable. “I want to live in this condo! It was so fun being within walking distance to the State Capitol building and historic Old Town Sacramento- all within 1/2 mile max!This home is decorated so classy and comfortable with fun pops of color in the artwork! We spent our evenings out on the patio.Would definitely stay again if we were in Sacramento!”

“Great place to stay. Would recommend . We had to come up from LA area to visit terminal family member so we weren’t in the house a lot but to sleep. but it was quiet and comfortable. Had everything we needed . Very clean and easy check in. ”

“The unit was lovely. Very pleasantly decorated. Beds and furniture very comfortable. Well supplied. Updated kitchen and bathrooms. We did have a little trouble with the lock and had to use the available key. Location and parking was very convenient. Check in and out process very smooth. I would recommend this place (in spite of the dilapidated property next door) unless you have trouble with stairs. ”

“Cute little house with some extra details immediately around it, including a hot tub just out front. Easy directions and check in with keypad. One little thing we would have liked differently was the toilet location. It sits about 4ft away, directly facing the bed. So if someone’s in bed, facing away from the wall, you are staring at whoever’s using the toilet. OH, and they had a basket full of just about anything you need but may have forgotten and all for reasonable prices! ”
