“Great house overlooking Nevis. Plenty of room, beautiful grounds, convenient to cockleshell beach / Reggae beach and the Nevis Water taxi. Quiet and secluded, the house is down a long dirt road then up a steep hill, but that's how you get solitude and views. Already thinking about rebooking.”

“The view is heavenly. Wish I'd been advised a car was needed ---- NOTHING other than other houses within walking distance. Could be an amazing property, but needs maintenance/attention. Apollo was helpful and concerned. Kitchen supplies minimal (i.e. two only of utensils!) Would consider a return, but would need a good grocery shop first....”

“Delightful site with amazing views and access a variety of beaches. Elpida is a wonderfully responsive host and property is well maintained and appropriately described in pictures of Villa Limani. Access road to Turtle Beach Estates is a bit rugged but this keeps traffic limited. Bottom line you will not be disappointed on this remarkable location.”

"Rooms are good enough. Parts of the grounds are very well maintain (the large pool and the area around), while the grounds toward the atlantic beach is less so. The hotel is well situated in the area, with a lot of good and great restaurant options close by. If you prefer bath in the clamer and warmer carabean waters there is a good beach (Frigate bay strip) a 7-10 minute walk away with sereval bars och shack-style restaurant "
