“Wow! Where do I start there are so many great things to say about this beach home and the host’s who allowed us to stay. Adi and Mitra are amazing very helpful and even reached out to make sure all is well during our stay. The home was very clean when we arrived and quite comfy and cozy. The views from the balcony are stunning. We even saw a few whales go by on our last day. “Loved the location of this property. It was walking distance to the beach, shopping, and dining. We had plenty of room for five adults. Shower was very tiny. Had a hard time getting hair wet it was so short. A downfall was that no linens are provided, but works out ok, just don’t forget. Would love to stay here again!!”

“Although this property is a very small condo bedrooms right next to each other not good for couples. It’s great for families. Everything you need is there and you really are right in front of the ocean. The neighbors were friendly a few simple restaurants in walking distance and the whales were amazing. Parking can be a little rough, but I would definitely come to this property again it’s not the most inexpensive, but it’s definitely worth it.”

“Incredibly clean, private property. Proximity to the beach and shops and restaurants is wonderful. The rooms offer private doors so that each bedroom (and living space) can close the door for privacy which is wonderful for families with different bedtimes, sleep schedules, etc. ”

“The place is amazing. Great river view and if you want ocean, it’s a 5 minute walk! Very comfortable with five guys! Second time staying here and will do it again!”

“Great location: close to the Capitola village, but off the main street so it stays quiet. We took our coffee down to the beach each morning and enjoyed the sunrise over the water. Well appointed and clean, timely communication with the host. We would stay here again. ”

"This hotel was one of the worst ive ever stayed in. The non smoking room smelled of smoke. It was filthy. And when opening the drawers it was disgusting. I would never have stayed here if it hadnt been for the fact we had drove 14 hours and arrived at 23:00. If it hadnt been for that i would have left and found another hotel. Unacceptable. "
