“We had a great stay at Cottonwood cabin. The home was very clean when we arrived, and more than adequately equipped in the kitchen. The fenced in yard was exactly what we were looking for since we brought our pup Mojo. “The family had a great time from shopping to visiting the museum in Durango. We also had a great time eating at some of the restaurants in town. Part of the family went hiking in the surrounding area and were excited about the vistas they were able to see. All of this was achieved by the great location of the hideout which is close to downtown. We were greeted the first day by a family of deer out the back porch. “Loved our stay! House is very well located and offers easy walking to downtown. Obviously with close proximity comes noise. 8th avenue is a major thruway and more than a few chowderheads blasted by with no muffler, screaming diesels, etc. Next time we’ll try to stay in the studio in the back since it’s off the road. Unit is extremely well provisioned! Holly is responsive and kind. We’ll definitely use one of her properties again.”

“This beautiful home was perfect for our big family vacation! We skied in Purgatory and spent time in Durango. Perfect location and there was plenty of room for all of us ranging from 4 months to 65 years old! The basement was awesome for the kids and the kitchen had everything we needed.
