“This is our second time to stay at this nice little getaway. We love the privacy and the fact it's at the end of the road. My husband kayaked while I fished off the dock. The house is cozy and perfect for just relaxing. Definitely our go-to in Menard for wanting to get away!”

“We had such a relaxing time while out at this little lake cabin. They each were very clean and beds were incredibly comfortable. We had come right after a heavy rain so the water was a little merky but we know it is not normally like this. It was perfect for just a quick, relaxing and pleasant get away. The couple that own the place were incredibly sweet and adorable as well. All around great place and we will be back.”

The home was exceptionally well appointed and spacious. I had fun introducing my kids to their record player and their enjoyably eclectic album collection made for the perfect soundtrack to our stay. We look forward to visiting again.”

“There were a few things that could be fixed to make it a solid 5 (like fixing the blinds on the door, figuring out the locking situation, and having extra towels/toiletries), but overall we had a good time. The lock situation was annoying but at the end of the day, our stay wasn’t hindered because of it. We had a good stay and would visit again.”
