“The area surrounding the cabin was beautiful. Great fishing spot. Cabin itself was equipped with everything we needed and comfortably slept 5. Owner was very friendly, helpful, and easy to reach. Generator was enough to keep out phones alive for 2 nights. Great spot, will definitely be coming back.”

“As advertised but even better! We stayed here for a Cooperstown tournament. 3 adults. Our son also spent a night and loved it. If you are staying for baseball do make sure you check if your tournament is actually in Cooperstown cause ours was in Oneota. “Here's the run down: this is a relatively well kept property for it's age (150 yrs old!). It's a very small 2 story house with a quite large backyard. The location is somewhat in the middle between Cooperstown and Oneonta, which works well if you’re going to both cities. “Clean, spacious and comfortable apartment 1/2 hour from Cooperstown. Modern kitchen with everything needed. Nice park across the street. Parking area a little sketchy. There is AC in most of the apartment (including in one of the three bedrooms) - we were able to use the fan to make it work. Didn’t see any bugs mentioned in previous review (there was an ant trap in the kitchen but we didn’t see any ants.) Check-in was very easy through lockbox for keys. ”
