“We loved this house and will most likely stay there again next year. It was very clean and had great amenities such as snacks and drinks in the fridge. The smart toilet was not something I had experience with but I have to say it was quite nice! The history of the house was very interesting to read about and added to the home's charm. I was in the Art on the Square art show so it was a great location for us being within a short walk to the square. Highly recommend!”

Checking in and checking out was super easy and expectations were clearly communicated. We’d happily stay here again, if we’re in the area. ”

“We arrived Friday night, the description was spot on, the house was pretty well stocked with everything you’d need. The place was clean and everything was nice. We just needed a place to stay for the weekend and it was perfect for a family of 4. Rebecca was very responsive to messages and her husband Derek was helpful with information about the property. We are planning on coming back in June and hopefully many more times when we are in the area. I even got to hear the turkey’s gobble early...

“Everything about it was wonderful. The house the style the charming staircase. Nice coffee bar and decor of every room unique and pleasant. The back porch the lights, the little table out front, Main Street ambiance day and night. The street lights out front at night and the twinkling colored lights around. Lots of friendly people around town. Great time and memorable.”

“We were in St. Louis for a 17U baseball tournament..The house was great! Cozy, inviting, well stocked with essentials, and in a very cool, historic neighborhood.. Ashley was extremely accommodating and quick to respond to questions.. the only negative was the noise of interstate traffic, but we knew about that in advance.. I highly recommend this home in Soulard”

“Great location. Felt safe the entire time with my three young sons with us. It is close to a highway, but if you’re use to the sound of traffic, you don’t notice it. But they also had box fans and sound machines to drown out the sound. Very thoughtful property owners to have a pack and play and baby gates available. Location was great because we were only minutes from the arch, Busch Stadium, and the zoo. The bedroom are very large and spacious. ”

"We had an amazing stay! Everything was clean at all times. The breakfast was delicious, especially the biscuits. And the popcorn and the afternoon kick back is a great concept! Every single staff member we interacted with was extremely kind and helpful, from front desk, to kitchen staff and cleaning staff. The positive energy of Deanna and Unique will stay in my heart for a long time! I can highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here if I come back to STL. "
