“The location was beautiful, check-in process was simple, but the house needs some attention. I sent a list of things to the property manager who assured me those things would be addressed. Probably the most impactful to us was the lack of hot water all weekend, although i didnt mention anything until the last day because i didnt want to deal with someone in there repairing or replacing a water heater while we were staying there. Again, beautiful location and that deck is very nice. ”

“Booked and paid for my stay 3 months I'm advance. When we went to check in, the people at the check in hut acted like I never paid. When I tried to show them my receipt, they said it would be okay and they would contact Expedia. Told us it was because we booked too far in advance we were having these issues. FYI they didn't check with Expedia, they just decided to double charge me. When I called to complain about being charged a 2nd time. I was told not to book thru Expedia next time and that...

“Lots of good things about this property! It was clean, and had positives, like a stocked kitchen to cook, two bathrooms and the bed was SO COMFY! Downside -- clearly the people who stayed before us enjoyed some 18 activities, so the whole apartment smelled strongly of marijuana. The host tried to run an air purifying treatment but it still smelled pretty strongly. Besides that, I enjoyed my stay! ”

“The house was perfect! Had everything we needed to cook with, the beds were comfy, plenty of room for all 7 of us, and the views of the river and sunsets were amazing. Chris was the best host!! Responded instantly to all my questions and very accommodating to everything we needed! ”

“We enjoyed the proximity to the coffee shops, the local shopping and restaurants! The place was very neat and tidy, although small it is very nicely decorated. I would recommend this house to others. The only thing I would say needed to be improved upon is the sheer curtain over the front door didn’t provide much privacy so we put a sheet over it”

“This house was the perfect location for our family to stay when we came back to town for a family funeral. The house was so cute and comfortable. We enjoyed the fire pit and nature around us as well. There were plenty of beds for everyone. I would highly recommend this property for a quiet getaway.”

“House was very clean and cozy. Owner was very responsive and in a timely manner.Didn't have outdoor seating as pictured. Remodel is very pretty. Left little guest bags for us.Mix up about the bathrooms. It is 1.5 not 2. Since that was my search feature I was very disappointed. Joseph was apologetic and very polite. Lacked a few desired items: extra blankets (plenty of towels!), hooks in living room and bedroom, an iron and ironing board. Little things that I'm sure will be rectified with time. ...

“Great views galore with sun and water. House was as advertised. We had 5 people in our group and was very comfortable. The beds were super comfortable. Very nice area and was peaceful. Stores and restaurants were close by. Definitely recommend staying here.”
