“Planned a girls weekend here. We wanted a place we could relax, hang out, hot tub, cook. This place had a kitchen but was not well equipped. Drawers missing handles, not fully stocked with utensils for cooking.Found mouse droppings on top of microwave and underneath microwave as soon as I walked in the kitchen. No dish towels. Had to use bath towels to dry dishes. No hot water and no water pressure..it trickled out of the faucet. There was a leak in the laundry room..a pipe was leaking hot water...

“If you want to camp and have a camping experience, then this is the perfect spot! Lots of animals to see between the owner's horses and cats. The kitchen and bathroom are both shared spaces, not with the owners, but with the multiple other cabins on the property. So you are not super secluded from other people. We went in October, and the outdoor shower did not have hot water, so it was a rather cold shower. Holly, the owner, did say that they are going to replace the water heater soon, but...

“We enjoyed our stay here very much! The home was clean and well cared for. It was a little musty in the basement room but we didn't use the room so it wasn't a big deal to us. When you walk into the home, you are met with a beautiful view of the lake which was perfect! The homeowner was very attentive and easy to work with. We enjoyed the firepit and the overall feel that the home gave us. The furniture was very comfortable as well. We would definitely come back!”

“We stayed for the night for our 11th wedding anniversary. Holly is an amazing host, as soon as we arrived we were warmly welcomed and given a tour of Cowboy town along with how it came to be. Then shown our cabin which was so beautiful. It was quiet and private, there was a wedding the next day and even the preparation for that did not interfere with our stay. We will definitely be back and recommend it to anyone looking for a nice private escape. Thank you Holly”

“This VRBO was well supplied with anything and everything you could possibly need on a vacation. All we did was bring some food and enjoyed our stay. Beautiful setting there were even kayaks for us to use a nice big grill outback on the deck. I also saw a fire pit with the wood that we needed.Everything was nice and clean.
