“The facilities are nice and clean but not five stars. The service staff is definitely not five stars (e.g. we got a wrong room (smaller than what we booked), no bath robes, no slippers at the pool). So totally fine to stay in the city but not a five-star attraction.”

“Häftig gammal byggnad men det gjorde nog att de har svårt att fixa bra ventilation. Det var jättevarmt och kvalmigt i rummet, badrummet kändes hela tiden fuktigt. Dålig ljudisolering ut till korridoren och till rummet ovanför. Inga barnstolar tillgängliga så det var svårt att äta i lägenheten med en 1-åring. Ligger lite utanför centrum, om jag skulle åka till Manchester igen skulle jag nog inte välja samma hotell kanske mest pga läget.”

“We were happy with our stay. Basic but clean and very good value for money. We booked an appartment at the last minute as we had tickets to a game at Old Trafford. The 2.2 mile walk to the stadium might be a bit much for some but was fine for us. Although the building itself was a liitle run down, the appartment itself was clean and modern and a fraction of the prices I saw for other accomodation. “Property was really nice, spacious and well equipped with great quality appliances and total of 3 toilets. Hard to fault. Only advice would be to take a sleep mask as although good quality fitted blinds in the bedroom they do let sunlight through in the morning. Lovely stay and not far from Deansgate and nice bars and restaurants. ”

"Även om resan va till Liverpool, fick jag boka hotell i Manchester. Inget jag ångrade, detta hotellet ligger nära tågstationen. Hotellet är väldigt fint, rent och bra service. Fick en bra frukostfralla, och jag är väldigt nöjd med frukosten, en hel del att välja."

Första gången med automatincheckning

"Lite förvirrande information i incheckningsautomaten när korten skulle kodas med rumsnummer gjorde att ett inte fungerade. Skyltning till hissar borde vara tydligare när man inte checkar inte manuellt och någon pekar ut, nu gick vi långt bort i hörnet och åkte upp innan vi såg att det var fel rumsnummer där."
