“Perfect location. Easy access to float the Ichetucknee river or enjoy swimming off the dock in the Santa Fe river. The house was very cozy and the teen boys loved having their own space downstairs. Host was very quick to respond. We will definitely book again. ”

“A quiet and convenient place to stay for a nearby event. Furnishings are simple but certainly adequate for one or two persons. Bed is comfortable. Live Oak is very close by if you need a town. Cooking is limited to a hot plate or pizza oven, so would have liked to have a microwave. Altogether a nice place and an enjoyable stay. Thanks.”

“Kelly is an awesome host. Even though some of their property was damaged two weeks before by Hurricane Helene, they let us shelter there when our place was evacuated for Hurricane Milton. We have an old dog and a pet chicken which she allowed us to bring. She really went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable & all our needs were met.The cabin is really cute and very rural.”

“We stayed 5 nights in this cottage for a softball tournament. It was great for us. Even the private backyard was perfect. Lori was very helpful when we needed to extend our stay from 2 nights to 5 nights. ”

“Beautiful, river front location. Clear water off the dock, nature lovers paradise. Close to Suwannee & Santa Fe springs. House is very well stocked with kayaks, tubes, floats, etc. House is well stocked and clean. Nice gas grill, fire pit, large private yard. Host is friendly & helpful. 5 stars. ”

“We were in Live Oak for a wedding so we only stayed one night but it was the perfect place for us. The owner was great with communication before we arrived and even let us check in a little early so that we would have more time to get ready before the wedding. It’s a cute neighborhood! Very clean house!”

“The location is incredible.The suwannee river here is paradise. Waking up & seeing deer grazing in the yard starts the day right.Listening to owls hooting doesn't get better.The house is fully stocked with all needs. Having the downstairs screened is a plus along with the extra bathroom. We spent alot of time on the upstairs deck watching sturgeon jumping. Will be back!!!!!! Thank you.”

“Beautiful small town close to the springs and softball fields of Newberry. The home was a perfect oasis with kicking air conditioning and plenty of space for everyone. I'd definitely come again if we're in the area. ”

“We could not say enough good things about this vacation home! 5 stars!! Well kept, beautifully decorated, very well stocked for your every need. Beds were very comfortable and everything was spotless. The owners were very responsive to any questions we had and made sure we had the best stay possible. Took the kids to Wild Adventures Theme Park for two days and this was just about a 15 min drive to the park. We are saving this listing and we will definitely come back again!!”

“The first thing one notices upon entry into this cozy cabin, is, it's VERY CLEAN - I MEAN, VERY CLEAN! It has everything we needed for our short stay. Iris and her cleaner made sure that I would have a safe stay as I have extreme allergies and asthma - I had no issues! My husband and I are planning another trip there as my sister lives closeby. It's a perfect location for us! Don't be hesitant about booking this cozy cabin! ”

“Love, love, love this place and will definitely be coming back if they'll have us. Lots of space to play games outside and spend some time with the family without other campers right next to you. You couldn't ask for more friendly hosts, everything was easy from checking in to checking out. They showed us around the property and told us about some of the springs as well. My mom's car broke down and they let us rent it for another night last minute, they have two grills and a above ground pool...

“This was my first time using VRBO instead of a similar company where I had been burned so many times with bad listings that I stopped traveling for a while. I was not disappointed. This place was exactly as listed. Place was clean and no bad smells. Internet worked. Air conditioner was great. Bathrooms were stocked. Beds were clean. Kitchen was stocked enough to get basic cooking done which is one of the reasons I prefer staying in a house versus a hotel. I did bring my own cast iron...
