“We needed a place to stop on our drive to South Florida with a kitchen. I was able to cook for myself, we slept well, it's a quiet area, but close to town so my family was able to eat at a good restaurant, The Gathering. The kids enjoyed the arcade, too.”

“Overall house was great. Beautiful location on the Suwanee river. Right down road from Royal springs. We stayed in home for two nights, 6 kids and 4 adults. Very conformable house. Kitchen needs more (pots pans etc.)to accommodate making a meal there but we made due. Thanks for allowing us to stay in the great place. . ”

“First pulling up on the property I was ready for a relaxing weekend. The 3rd floor porch was an outstanding spot to look over the river. The dock brings you right into the water. When you are looking at the house from the dock it looks like an estate. The neighbors were nice and helped with directions and closest stores. I recommend to get everything needed on the way in. ”

“Absolutely wonderful, peaceful place to stay right on the Ichetucknee with all its wildlife and pristine beauty. Property was clean, well equipped, and spacious. Loved taking long morning walks along the sandy roads through the neighborhood, swimming in the cool clear water, watching the fish and spotting ibis, herons, woodpeckers and hawks right from our deck. Kid caught little minnows in the fish trap during the day and toads after dark (we released both). We will be back as soon as we can! ”

The location is great with easy access to the springs in the area.we enjoyed having the kayaks available to enjoy the river and the view from the balcony is great. There were a few gnats about outside but none of them were of the biting kind. Would definitely stay again.”

The place is EVERYTHING BEAUTIFUL and everything you need to assist you with in a home is available ! So clean and private. I give this place a 10000! Management is so amazing and available ! I will only stay here if I need to return to Valdosta Ga. ”

“The property is beautiful and right on the water. There was a grill and hang out spot under the house to keep us dry when it rained and a fire pit out back for when it wasn’t. Super close to several gas stations and a dollar store. In between numerous springs, we chose Ginnie Springs. We love having our own spaces still when we vacation so having a whole house was awesome! The owner was very helpful and easy to contact throughout our entire stay. We had a great time and will be back!”

“This property is beautiful, located in a quiet neighborhood and very well set up for a family needing multiple bedrooms. Everything was very clean and so nicely decorated - it definitely felt like a home-away-from-home, with a pool as an extra bonus! The property manager was wonderful in responding to all questions and requests. We hope to rent this property again - it was perfect for our needs!”
