"The very best thing about this hotel is the very warm and friendly staff—they really look after you. I needed to take an early morning meeting. The manager saw that I was talking in the breakfast area and offered to let me use the meeting space for more peace and quiet. This was our second visit to this hotel—a great option of you need to spend the night near MSY. Clean hotel near the airport with very reasonable rates. Suites are sizable, with a somewhat odd layout, but a huge amount of space for families. The breakfast is included and provides a lot of good basic items. So a very comfortable hotel option with amazing & service oriented staff!"
