“This is an older property that shows its age. Wifi is very poor, and in-room technology is a bit dated. We had a non-working exhaust fan in one of our bathrooms, and staff fixed it the day we told them about it. Bathroom light switches are outside of the bathroom, so using the bathroom in the middle of the night shines light on others who are trying to sleep.”

“Overall it was a decent place, some things were dirty though upon arrival like hair in the master bath shower, hair on the mirror and some little pieces of trash. There were also some bugs, ants were coming out of the drain and title pieces in the master bath, there was a roach, an earwig and a spider in the dining area plus a little pillbug. “We were very surprised by the high ratings and “exceptional” descriptions in the listing. They were responsive to our messages and check in was easy, but we would not stay at this place again.
The photos were accurate but the apartment could use some sprucing up (ie, paint, chipped tiles, etc). We had a toilet that didn’t flush properly, and was a continued problem throughout the night.
The only a/c unit (located in the bedroom) wasn’t sufficient for cooling down the entire place, or even...
