“I flew here from the UK to spend my holidays with my family. First of all, I want to say a huge thank you to all the staff. Communication with the host who handed over our keys was excellent. She spoke fluent English, offered us an early check-in because of our circumstances, and was incredibly friendly and polite. We paid a 3,000 THB deposit, and she was very transparent about the process, even encouraging us to take photos for our own records and returned the whole deposit at the end of the...

“Inget fungerande internet/router på rummet utan man fick logga in på grannarnas rum. Pentryt saknade eluttag för att kunna koppla in vattenkokaren och brödrosten. Annars bra läge och bra pool på taket. Saknade solskydd parasoller.”

“Excellent room decoration and amenities”

“Top”

“Overall great property. Loved the open floor plan and the private swimming pool ”

“Great location, very good service, helpfull staff. Clean rooms, daily cleaning. Everything you need. Overall great location and recommend visit”

“Family vacation with 4 adults and 1 toddler for 5 nights. Relatively easy to find, not too far from the airport (20-30 min), great rooms that were conjoining rooms. The amenities were great. Ok gym and surprisingly nice pool area with i children’s area - shallow but not child safe due to pool edge without any fencing in one end. There weren’t that much hotel guests so we often had the pool by ourselves 👌 The shuttle service worked great!”

“vi hade en så trevlig vistelse och personalen Earn som hjälpte oss under vår vistelse såg till att vi hade allt vi behövde och lite till. tack så mycket!”

“Very nice and comfortable hidden gem close to the airport. We booked this place simply as a "cushion", coming from the Krabi islands preparing for our long journey home. We were pleasantly surprised when we entered the place - so tranquil, well maintained, friendly, clean and inviting. We were expecting kind of an "assembly line" city style stay but landed instead in a warm, cosy and personal setting. We could easily have stayd for a much longer period of time and would HIGHLY recommend this...

“Far away from downtown. No good parking!! Beach area dirty. Besides that i really enjoy.”

“The Chava är ett supermysigt hotell med lyxig känsla. Vi bodde i en lägenhet med 2 sovrum, pool och uteplats. Poolområdet är vackert och personalen är fantastisk. Mycket god och vällagad mat. Surin beach ligger tvärs över gatan. Vi kommer gärna tillbaka!”

“Clean room & Excellent staff! Very nice hotel located in a nice location.”

“Trasiga gardiner, Knappt fungerande luftkonditionering, ingen vård av trädgården på två veckor, inga badhandukar för utflykter till badstränder, Väldigt hårda sängar och höga (tjocka) kuddar, WIFI fungerade inte trots påpekningar, solstolarna oanvändbara, plattor i trädvården vickar, men dom hade trevlig personal.”
