“Great place to stay especially if you're doing race events at the motorsports complex. About a 10 minute easy drive to the race track. Access was super easy to get to the unit and electronic door locks made it easy to not have to worry about keys. Inside was perfect, looks just like the pictures, almost new. “We grabbed this large House for an overnighter from California. There were 8 of us towing trailers so we needed a large house that could keep all of us and our toys together. Check in was easy, I downloaded the DACK App as instructed. As we were only staying for 1 night, my review is limited. The Home was large, clean and fairly new. Three main things that would have made the trip better 1. The availability of the grill wasnt immediate. “We stayed three nights in June with five family members. The location across from sugarhouse Park is ideal for being centrally, located in the city with nice nature and some restaurants in walking distance. The house itself has a very nice small backyard and patio, and is clean and simply kept.”

“We were so pleased with this home! It was perfect for our multi-generational family and had plenty of spaces offering privacy and time together. The backyard is lovely and the kitchen is quite cute with everything you need. Easy access to the house and great communication. Charming neighborhood and walkable to grocery & cafes/restaurants. “The house was clean and comfortable The overall impression on arrival was poor. The front porch was dirty and needed sweeping the front white bricks on the house were chipped and gave the impression of a geto neighborhood. Sorry owners but more care should be done to the outside. Also I’m using a walker so getting in and out if house with the frail handrail was not easy. ”

“Home was clean and comfortable. Well stocked with everything we needed. The property’s other tenants were quiet and respectful of our privacy. Home looks well cared for. Location was on a busy street but near everything we needed to get to easily. Lovely Mill Hollow park nearby had a wonderful walking trail. Be sure to bring soap for your laundry. Bbq out back was great for cooking at the property. Very comfortable stay.”

“We were so impressed with the space but more importantly Jake’s responsiveness. We an issue with the AC and he immediately took action to get it fixed. Wasted no time to get on property and problem solve. We had a few questions and was quick to answer. We were impressed with small details like having kid friendly markers and paper so that we didn’t worry about our 2 year old ruining anything.
