“The property was pretty and private, with a beautiful view. Very quiet town. The cabin was clean, updated, and nicely decorated. Our kids loved sleeping in the loft! The owner was very friendly and checked in with us when we arrived. There was a storm the night before we were to check out and they had the driveway plowed quickly. They were also nice enough to offer a later check out time to make sure we could leave safely. Close to Oak Mountain for skiing!Definitely recommend!”

“We loved the style of the house and really enjoyed how close it was to the lake and that we could drive the golf cart there. The only thing that we didn't love was the smell of the water and that we felt very close to the neighbors. Overall great experience.”

“Very affordable, especially for a family. Beds not very comfortable and had to clean up a little ourselves, but didn't mind. (They bought new mattresses but left the plastic on them, very hot for sleeping) ”

“We had an amazing stay at this cabin. The location on the river was beautiful and our kids did not hesitate to jump in and wade in the river as soon as we arrived. “My mother-in-law has a bucket list of staying insome unique places so we booked this for her birthday. The caboose is very cool! The caboose is very clean. The kitchen had plenty of cooking supplies if needed and a nice size refrigerator. The bathroom was clean and had plenty of towels. We would highly recommend staying here, especially if you know someone that loves trains or likes staying in one of a kind places.”
