“My extended family had a wonderful weekend celebrating a family birthday at this house! The pictures definitely don’t do it justice. We had plenty of room for my parents, my husband and my 2 children and my brothers family (a baby and a toddler). The views are beautiful. The layout of the house is super comfortable. Close to Hunter mountain. Huge basement that isn’t pictured in photos. Only complaint was the walls were a bit thin so bring sound machines if you have people on different sleep...

“First time to Hobart/Stamford area. Beautiful unspoiled sparsely populated area. Clean comfortable Chalet style home with gorgeous view. A few nice restaurants nearby and the bookstores in Hobart. Hope this area never changes will be back.”

“I had a wonderful few days hiking with my dog. Great house and immense amount of property and land to walk the dog in, even if I didn’t want to drive to the trails to hike. Fabulous retreat! And the hostess was great and accommodating.”

“A wonderful space for a family reunion ski get away. Enough personal space for each while also offering great shared space for warm gatherings and meals. Host was very accommodating and easily available. We would definitely stay again!”

“We had a wonderful time at this cabin. It was very cozy and perfect time in the woods. The owner had arranged al the necessary things and essentials so we appreciated the attention to detail. We definitely want to come back again. ”

“Rick is an excellent host and very communicative. My group had an incredible time at his property. There is so much to do that we ran out of time to do everything! Bocce Court and disc golf was a hit. But the real star of the show was the outdoor deck with a full barbecue. We spent most of our time out there enjoying the views and cooking up some food. Thanks again Rick. Looking forward to coming back!”

“The location was very convenient to the wedding venue our son was getting married at on Memorial Day weekend. When my husband and I pulled into our cabin we were pleasantly surprised at how much it looked exactly like the pictures posted on this property. Its absolutely a nice hidden gem in the Catskills. Once inside i was very pleased with the rustic yet updated look of the place. I had to contact the property manager Melanie about a few things ( keyless entry code / towels/ later check out...

“For a large family and two dogs in a love with the water this was a perfect location for us. The property was well cared for. Any issues the property manager was easily available. Lake was a little small for our taste but overall was able to get some sailing in on a sunfish and lots of paddle boarding and kayaks. Thanks to Troy for his hospitality”
