“First time to Hobart/Stamford area. Beautiful unspoiled sparsely populated area. Clean comfortable Chalet style home with gorgeous view. A few nice restaurants nearby and the bookstores in Hobart. Hope this area never changes will be back.”

“I had a wonderful few days hiking with my dog. Great house and immense amount of property and land to walk the dog in, even if I didn’t want to drive to the trails to hike. Fabulous retreat! And the hostess was great and accommodating.”

“Family and I had a great time. The game room and hot tub with a beautiful view of Hunter mtn were a hit with my kids. Owner was very attentive to our needs. I highly recommend if looking for a spacious Mountain house.”

“Everything was fantastic. If it was not for the rain we could have enjoyed the fire pit and the many hikes located around the property. Family and kids enjoyed every minute! Host was responsive and very informative. ”

“We’re a few families with babies and dogs, and this house was perfect for a Hunter getaway! We lounged in the common space, relaxed in the hot tub, and cooked up a storm in the stocked kitchen. And right near the skiing at Hunter. We’ll cherish our memories there!”

“We loved our stay. The cabin was clean, unique, provided everything you could possibly need and more. Tons of amenities, gorgeous lake. The Host was one of the most lovely, kind, and hospitable person. Was kinda sad to leave.”

“We enjoyed our stay on a weekend trip with family. 6bed rooms and 7 bathrooms. Clean rooms and amenities. Hot Tub and BBQ grill a plus.”

“Rick is an excellent host and very communicative. My group had an incredible time at his property. There is so much to do that we ran out of time to do everything! Bocce Court and disc golf was a hit. But the real star of the show was the outdoor deck with a full barbecue. We spent most of our time out there enjoying the views and cooking up some food. Thanks again Rick. Looking forward to coming back!”
