“Wrote to them asking for early check in around 1pm for 3pm check in, no reply. Not a problem, early check in isn’t a guarantee. Get to the property 10 mins before check in and no one is there, wait around for 30 mins, no one there, no one answering in the app, no one picking up the phone. By 340 called Vrbo who canceled my reservation around 4pm the property called asked if I left, I said I did and booked somewhere else, no apology, no reasoning, just “ok” and hung up. “Super cute and clean property perfect for a girls weekend! Hot tub was lovely, the pool was not open/ they had several pool cleaning services come over the weekend. But the host was great with communication and very responsive! Would definitely recommmed”

“Lucas's property on Lake Laurel in Lennox was perfect for our familty getaway in the Berkshires. The house layout (4 bedrooms with two on the first floor and two on the second) really suited our needs as we had two adult couples and an infant. It was stocked extremely well which enhanced our visit and experience. The property is situated right off Lake Laurel in a very quiet neighborhood but less than a 10 minute drive to downtown Lennox which has numerous dining and shopping opportunities. ...

“My husband and I came here for our 10th anniversary with our 9-year-old. The house itself is so charming and historic and cozy, with tons of space. We loved that there are two different stairways to the second floor, which has two parts not connected to each other. Kitchen and small table and seating area are delightful to spend time in.
