“Mother’s Day weekend for a family of 4. From start to finish, the stay was amazing. The check-in was so simple. The room was exactly how the photos showed. It was clean and roomy. The beach is a very short walk away. Even though the pool was not officially open yet, it looked wonderful. We have already decided that we will be coming back in the summer.”

“Beds were soft and comfortable. Kitchen well equipped. We loved to have a private beach and the pool. We enjoyed playing ping pong. The only problem they gave us the wrong apartment the first day. What was shown on Expedia (two Queen beds) it wasn't the same of what they gave us there (1 Queen bed and 1 Queen sofa bed). But after talking with the manager, they gave us a solution, but we had to wait until the following day to be switched to the right place. ”

“This adorable, cozy cottage was perfect for our family getaway to Montauk. We have tried various rentals and hotels each summer and Robert’s cottage was by far our favorite. It fit our family of 5 perfectly, with enough room that we didn’t feel on top of each other. The decor was light and airy and just what we were hoping to find. From the awesome location, just a walk to the ocean, to the indoor pool and back up to a comfortable stay, our entire family agree that we can’t wait to return!...

“This place was perfect! The two bedroom one bath allowed for me to stay close to town and visit my godchildren. The second bedroom was perfect for a little sleepover with them. It felt like an artist loft with the most beautiful outside area. The pool and the hydrangeas made every cup of coffee in the morning more delicious. Plus it had everything we would need to go to the beach. I can’t wait to come back!”

“Very clean and renovated home. Take a plunge in the refreshing pool or relax on a hammock.”

“We could not get the Smart TV to work nor could we connect to the Internet using the instructions provided. As we were in town for a wedding we didn’t spend much time in our room, but would have appreciated some type of in room instructions for connecting. The property owner replied to our message but the instructions to reboot the system didn’t return a positive result. Not a show stopper but……”

“Mary was an amazing host! The apartment was cozy, quiet and very clean. The private fenced in yard in the back was a plus. Minutes drive to everywhere Montauk. Would stay again hands down. ”

“Kitchen Facilities were excellent. Check-in went smoothly. A bit disappointed that my wife and friend could not use the shuttle service into town because we did not book the room through the Manor directly. I thought that somewhat petty on their part”

“If you are looking for a beautiful home with plenty of space, a kitchen that leaves you wanting for nothing, and endless opportunity for fun LOOK NO FURTHER!!!!! The kitchen is so well equipped that preparing a family dinner is a pleasure. The pool and hot tub were the perfect ending to every beach day. Both adjustable to your desired temperature. Not to mention a great work from home space with an office off the master bedroom. Doug always responded promptly and was beyond accommodating making...

"Stayed here 11/06 - 13/06 -24 Closer to the beach is hard to come by. Wonderful little apartment less than 10 meters from the sea. Airy room with full kitchen. The balcony facing the sea with an amazing view. Missing, however, comfortable sunbeds on the balcony. Can warmly recommend this place. Prons: Heated pool Plenty of parking spaces. The balcony. Wonderful view. Complete kitchen. 7 minutes to Montauk by car. Cons: Reception only during the day. No steps down to the sea. You have to walk for about 5 - 10 minutes to the left of the hotel to reach the beach. Missing sunbeds and parasols. Time share accommodation. Keep in mind that the apartments look different because of this."
