“I took a risk renting a place with no ratings, but the pictures of the hot tub and sauna and the accommodations drew me in. I was hoping to have a mini spa-like experience with my girls up in the woods of NY state. It didn't turn out like that. The host told me the hot tub and sauna was available for use. I asked a couple of times prior to arrival how to use them. My questions weren't answered. I hoped to find written instructions or a booklet after arrival. There were none. We discovered: ·...

“We enjoyed a quiet and comfortable stay in this highly accessible home. On a secluded and scenic lot near 2 other properties owned by host. Large accessible bathroom. Nice touches on home to make it welcoming, including lots of pet-friendly add-ons! One of the best features the deck off the kitchen with a beautiful water view. Host is very friendly and available for accessibility questions. ”

“Luz and I were looking for a home-base for some Catskill exploration. Your home could not have been better. We arrived late, but the check in process was a breeze and the snacks were a welcomed bonus alowwing us to relax. The kitchen is well apointed and allowed us to make a full 3-course meal.Thank you for the hospitality, and we will be back for sure.”

“My friends and I were there for 2 nights, we were visiting friends who live just down the road. It's on a cute little cul de sac, it was private and quiet and easy to find.The space was clean and warm, perfect for what we needed. There were a couple of issues, and our host Marci was responsive and helpful. Being winter, the heat was on high and the upstairs bedroom became a little overheated, which ultimately isn't a bad problem to have. Other than that it was great, there is a Keurig for coffee...

“I enjoyed how the property was laid out. The few things I will note, are the house looks like it may have been a recent purchase and flip. There was a glass panel missing on one of the doors, and the down stairs had a draft, but again it was in the 20’s and 30’s while we stayed, the electricity in the living room didn’t work, I went to the basement and none of the breakers were tripped. Communication with the property owner or manager was top notch and definitely don’t have any complaints about...

“My friends and I had a perfect time. It was comfortable for a group of adults, the property is gorgeous, and the host was very responsive to my messages before and during our stay. The photos do not do this house justice! We’d absolutely come back! ”
