“We had such a wonderful stay at the Evergreen Suite in Clinton, NY! The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the little touches that made it feel warm and welcoming. The bed was comfortable, and the sheets were so soft. The location is perfect—tucked away in a quiet, peaceful setting but still close to town, shops, and restaurants. The backyard was really beautiful and so peaceful to sit and have a drink and listen to the birds. The host Dianne was attentive, and made sure...

“We had a wonderful time, and the condo was perfect for our needs. It was very close to everything and a nice set up for a family with a toddler. The host was very responsive to our needs, and it was very family friendly. The sunsets here are to die for! Thank you for a great day!”

“Loved everything about the place. It worked well for us staying close to Colgate and casinos. We were in for football weekend of Syracuse vs Colgate. The only thing we would change is there is no TV channels We are a big college football family so wanted to watch games. We streamed games over our phones and projected to TV using WIFI but had trouble connecting.”

“My family had the pleasure of staying in this spacious one-bedroom rental that exceeded expectations. We felt welcomed into this cozy, comfortable space. The rental was very clean and had a great downstairs living space. We had everything we needed…and the cute coffee station was a nice added bonus! We would highly recommend this rental!”

“It was quite elegant, with sparse but modern furnishings. A lot more space than I needed, and so much more than what I expected. The view from the second-story enclosed porch was a dream. I wish I could have had guests over to show it off. The owner was very accommodating in resolving an issue that wasn't even their fault. Hope to stay again.”
