“This was a slice of heaven. Definitely plan on coming back to this location. Josie, Kirk &Jeter made this stay so fun. Josie shared her sausage bread with us absolutely awesome. Our last morning she made us grass-fed grass finished beef bacon with fresh eggs another totally awesome meal. We will stay there again in a heartbeat! ”

“We were going to an event at Turning Stone but the hotel rates were high. We found this property a short drive away and it was nice. We were comfortable watching TV and slept well. There was. Keurig so coffee was a breeze. We would stay again when we go back to Turning Stone.”

“The upstairs unit had a generous deck with lovely views of the canal that goes out to the lake. A quick walk across the street and you can catch an incredible sunset! Inside the house we had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and everything was super clean. I highly recommend. ”

“This home as was unique and as gorgeous as we had hope for! Right on the canal where we fished with a lot of luck. Lots of fish..Ducks ..turtles. seagulls..and even a muskrat. House was clean and smelled great. Beds are comfy and cozy..and we all slept great with the central AC. They have a range of board games such as SORRY...Monopoly..Scrabble etc. The view is amazing from both the deck and the balcony. The neighborhood is clean and in the heart of downtown near ice cream...

“This was our 40th year vacationing at Sylvan Beach. Our first year was at the Oneida and several years since. We have witness many remodels of the property over the year. We enjoy the location and the access to the beach. Beds are comfortable and kitchen is well stocked. Unfortunately, there is a major issue with the upstairs shower leaking into the downstairs bathroom, making the floor dangerous and flooding the light fixture and making it short out. I would recommend that more towel fixtures...
