“Such a pretty spot! It’s rustic enough to make it feel like a true get-away. We booked this when rain interfered with camping plans. There is much to do within driving distance including fishing and hiking. We brought our pups who enjoyed the deck and yard. There were two other structures right there, so if the owner happens to rent those out too (unknown to me), then you’ll have neighbors. “We only stayed one night at the Starlite Motel. This motel is not like other places we have stayed. It was quiet and it had character. We really liked that our room included a small kitchen. The bed was comfortable and everything was clean. The backyard area was great for us to relax with friends and play games. “My family and I enjoyed this great home over July 4 weekend. The property was wonderful to view from the large deck, whether it was coffee in the morning or a cocktail in the evening. The kitchen was well-equipped and we all enjoyed the board games, cards, and game room in the basement, where we held multiple shuffleboard tournaments on a rainy day.The location was great too; we explored surrounding towns, hiked Kaaterskill Falls, and mountain-biked the nearby Belleayre Mountain trail...

“The cabin was as good or better than described. Very comfortable, rustic with lots of wood, some interesting antiques, nice well-equipped kitchen, super comfy bed, great shower, relaxing front and rear porches. The site is the definition of quiet. The hosts are friendly, interesting and unobtrusive - as are their beautiful dogs. The farm animals also added a very nice element. Some interesting local "hole-in-the-wall" pubs and within an easy drive of the Delaware River and nearby towns...

“My family, husband and daughter, stayed her with two other families. The space was perfect for the amount of people we had. Communication with the owner was excellent. We had an issue with the hot water at one point and he was right on it with a plumber coming to the house and we had hot water within a couple of hours. The property is beautiful with lots to do on the lake with the supplied kayaks and boats. We would absolutely stay here again! One note though- we did bring a tv with us. ...

The owner Anne is very easy to communicate with and responded to my inquiries immediately. She was gracious enough to allow us to extend our check-out time when I requested for it.
