“The duplex is located in a very quiet neighborhood - a horse farm is located right across the street - and was easy to find using our Waze app. The house is a fast 15 minutes from some really great restaurants! “Incredible stay!! The house is absolutely perfect for a weekend in town. A few of us traveled from different areas and spent the Belmont Weekend at this beautiful home. Jon was extremely communicative and very helpful with every aspect. Highly recommend this rental to adults for a nice wknd in town or even families with smaller children. The house has everything you can ask for and more! And the location is A!! We will be renting again in the future!!”

Property was gorgeous, very comfortable, updated, luxurious and spacious, and very well stocked - real quality items (such as wine glasses) and useful items in the pantry, as opposed to the usual cheap stuff bought just for many rental properties. “perfect location and size for our group of five adults. We couldn't get into the house with the access code from the owner but she came to the house within a reasonable time to fix the problem. The beds were super comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet, despite being close to the interstate. Unfortunately, the weather didn't cooperate so we weren't able to try the hot tub.”
