“Did not use any amenities to speak of. But it was the perfect place to spend the night. No issues. Lovely bedrooms and living area. If we had more time I would have read my book on the peaceful deck. Well stocked with toiletries and extra blankets/pillows. ”

“Huttopia Berkshires was wonderful! Very peaceful and a beautiful view. We enjoyed the on-site coffee shop/cafe and our tent with a deck and indoor plumbing! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The pool is lovely. Highly recommend!”

“The cabin was exactly what my daughter and I were looking for. Everything was clean, organized and family friendly. A bonus was the property connects to Bessie Woods and we were able to go for a hike on the trails without even having to leave the property. If you love quiet and the sounds of nature, this is the perfect place for you. We can’t wait to stay there again soon.”

“A wonderful pet- friendly rental! We drove from NC to stay on the lake and were very happy with this cute little cottage. Comfortable inside with great views outside. Overall a great space for entertaining family and friends or just chilling out for a bit. And our lab enjoyed herself too!”

“1. Floors wet when we arrived because they had just been mopped. There was water oozing from the flooring in the kitchen. When dry the floors were sticky.2. The bathroom sink barely drained. We finally just used the kitchen sink. The shower drained better but stillstanding in water while showering.3. There were two bath towels and two washcloths left on the dining room table upon our arrival. In the kitchen there was a roll of paper towels. No hand towels or kitchen towels provided.4. All...

“This was our second year renting this cabin in Catskill and we are looking forward ti many more. From last year the owner made a few upgrades and the property is well taken care of. It is convenient to downtown and so many great places to hike and explore. Excellent communication from the owner and they provided suggestions for places we had not yet seen. Overall a fantastic experience!”

“Comfortable and presentable. Location is great for going downtown or shopping in general. Restaurants are very close by. Property manager was easy to communicate with.”

“We had a group of 18 from ages 3 to 80 for a family reunion and this place was perfect. Wonderful activities and enough indoor gathering spots for large groups and small. We has very hot weather and rainy days and the facilities could deal with both extremes. The owner is wonderful to work with and very responsive. ”

“A beautiful large home with plenty of bedrooms and space to just relax after a long day on the water or catching a show at Tangle Wood. Our family enjoyed the spacious bedrooms and large backyard complete with a fire pit, large hot tub, grilling area and ample seating. This home has two kitchens a large family room with a pool table, two full bathrooms and two laundry rooms. We will definitely look to book this property again when in the Pittsfield-Lenox area. ”

“The house was very clean and well stocked. There were so many fun things to do - swimming pool, ping pong, darts, air hockey, gym, pinball, basketball hoop, foosball, etc. it was a great house for 4 families. The owner was very communicative and responded quickly to questions about the neighborhood, it was also very well located. Highly recommend!”
