“We really enjoyed our weekend getaway with our teen and our beloved dog on Lake George. It was a perfect leaf-peeping getaway in a cute town with great food, and plenty of dog-friendly spots to shop and dine even in rainy weather and fireworks on the lake Friday night. We were even able to eat inside in a heated area on the waterfront and enjoy the lake view at night with the dog! The condo was spotless and everything was modern and like new. “Very nice little place on the lake. The furniture is not the most comfortable, but hey, you’re in a camp, so it works out just fine. Kitchen and bathroom are convenient, nice strong shower. Fishing right from the dock, caught smaller sized fish, but plenty of them and a good variety of fish, too. Saw beavers, loons, blue heron, and the most amazing thing: the hummingbirds! They frequent the feeder right outside the door. Very nice for a couple’s getaway.”

“To say this stay was perfect would seem exaggerated to some but to me it seems it doesn’t to it justice! Choosing the cabin as a first time “off-grid” goer was a bit intimidating but with WiFi a few walks away and the views made me forget about that.
